Job Description:

• Working in conjunction with the team, manages installation, and maintenance of the IT network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Corporate and Disaster Recovery Datacenters and remote branch locations.
• Monitors LAN/WAN network performance to ensure availability and reliability
• Performs network maintenance/upgrades on both network hardware and software.
• Installs and configures various network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and other network appliances.
• Creates and maintains network datacenter, branch, and WAN topology diagrams
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation
• Provide support/troubleshooting to resolve network related issues.
• Performs/maintains backups of all network equipment configurations
